Board Descriptions

Approve volunteering events by getting in contact with the Ronald McDonald House board of directors, present news and presentations to club members, make sure the club is in order and everyone is doing the correct jobs orderly, help come up with volunteering ideas for students to do that incorporates the RMH, and help monitor the budget with the treasurer. 

Works very closely with the co-presidents, helps present slides and ideas to club members, makes major decisions with the co-presidents, and is required to come to all volunteering opportunities available.

Makes sure all events are in order and will be viable to occur, makes decisions with the board, and helps sort out materials for cards and crafts. The person mainly in charge of events and creating them along with the presidents. 

Collaborates with the Secretary and/or Social Media Advisor for pictures, will write blogs on our website, will have access to editing the website, and is responsible for interviewing families at the RMH, if only desired.

Person is responsible for recording the amount spent on supplies and utilities. Helps make board decisions, sorts out materials for cards and crafts, and makes sure our budget is in line.

Monitors the Instagram club account, sends Remind messages to club members, sends minor emails to the board of directors at the RMH, and has to make minor decisions with the board. Is responsible for taking photos and saving them and has to be able to bring awareness through social media and gain followers.

Is a graduated student and guides the current board. Directs them to success and awareness. Role model and close confidant to the board.
